Elizabeth St Common Ground Supportive Housing Evaluation

The Social Policy Research Centre conducted an evaluation of the Elizabeth Street Common Ground Supportive Housing Project, which aims to provide affordable housing and on-site services to people with a history of chronic homelessness. The specific aims of the evaluation were to monitor the progress and success of the implementation process; assess the cost and benefits of the project compared to other responses to homelessness, and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the project in contributing to ending homelessness for all residents and improving individual social, health, mental health and economic outcomes for resident who were formerly homeless.
