Evaluation of the Complex Needs Coordination Project

The City of Sydney requested a quotation to conduct an evaluation of the Complex Needs Coordination Project, which aims to reduce the number of people who are chronically homeless in Inner Sydney. The evaluation assesses the extent to which the Project has met its objectives. The specific aims of the evaluation are to: Measure the effectiveness of the Project in ending homelessness for participants and contributing to improved client outcomes, including quality of life, physical and mental health, and alcohol and other drug use; Assess the effectiveness of the partnership structures employed in the project and make recommendations about these arrangements.
