Easy and Standard Read Quality Assurance information for disability advocacy services

Past project

This project involved developing information about new processes for Quality Assurance auditing in FaHCSIA disability advocacy services to be used by the people with disability using these services. Two booklets were developed. One is an Easy Read booklet containing clear and accessible information and supporting pictorial graphics for people with intellectual or cognitive disability. The other is a more detailed booklet with standard information. These booklets aim to support the participation and involvement of people with disability in the policy processes for disability advocacy services.
