SPRC is undertaking an evidence check review for NSW Kids and Families on whether the whether the key biopsychosocial risk factors for children identified in the 2010 Maternal and Child Health Primary Health Care Policy are consistent with the current evidence base about significant risk factors. An Evidence Check review is a rapid review of existing evidence tailored to the individual needs of an agency. Evidence Check reviews answer specific policy questions and are presented as a short report in a policy friendly format. Reviewers identify gaps in the evidence but do not undertake new research to fill these gaps.
