RECRUITING NOW: Planning with a Person with Cognitive Disability and Complex Support (HC 16622)

Researchers at UNSW are undertaking a study that aims to understand whether the planning approach outlined in a Planning Resource Kit titled 'Being a Planner with a Person with Disability and Complex Support Needs' increases the capacity of disability practitioners to identify and respond to complex support needs (CSN) and to recognise the skills and personal attributes needed by practitioners to engage with people with cognitive disability and complex support needs in planning.

The eligibility criteria for participation in this online survey includes:

  • Undertaking planning with people with cognitive disability and complex support needs
  • Attended the ‘Planning with a Person with Cognitive Disability and Complex Support Needs' training session

Eligible participants will be invited by email to take part in an online survey using the Survey Monkey platform.

The online survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

RECRUITING NOW: Global Study on eLearning (HC 17181)

As part of a Global Study of eLearning, UNSW researchers, in partnership with Curtin University, and as one of 17 universities around the world participating, is seeking to explore the accessibility of different online learning and teaching platforms, and more specifically eLearning for students with disabilities.

Using a standardised survey instrument we want to collect data on the ability of students with disabilities to access online learning and teaching.

Eligible participants will take part in an online survey using the Survey Monkey platform. The survey itself will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The eligibility criteria for participation in this online survey includes:

  • Students currently enrolled UNSW students who have registered with UNSW Disability Services
  • Identify as having a disability
  • Provide informed consent
