Protecting Australia's Children Research Audit

The purpose of this audit was to identify, describe and disseminate information about Australian research projects (including program evaluation) undertaken during the 1995-2010 period on topics relating to the protection of children. This audit covered a broad range of topics, ranging from universal preventative initiatives through to statutory child protection and out-of-home care. The scope of the topics for the research audit reflects the six supporting outcomes outlined in the report Protecting Children is Everyone’s Business: National Framework for Protecting Australia’s Children 2009-20.
