Evaluation of the Domestic Squalor Project

Catholic Healthcare commissioned the Social Policy Research Centre (SPRC) to conduct an evaluation of the Domestic Squalor Project. This project aims to facilitate assessment and support for people who are living in squalor (or situations of extreme uncleanliness), develop partnerships with existing community agencies to foster sustainable solutions to situations of squalor, and to educate the community about how to respond to squalor. The research will identify learning outcomes from the service model, sustainable solutions, and good practice case studies around working with squalor.
