This project contributes to the evaluation of the Community Justice Program (CJP) conducted by NSW Treasury. The CJP has been operating since 2007 and provides accommodation and other support services for those offenders released from prison who have an intellectual disability. There are four models of service provision, which vary in intensity. The aim of the CJP is to support offenders to increase life skills and independence and to reduce reoffending. SPRC will code the qualitative data (interviews and focus groups) collected during the evaluation using Nvivo software, analyse the data and write the process evaluation sections of the report.
