Best practice in placement of jobseekers with mental health difficulties

Project Description: This project has been commissioned by Campbell Page, a non-government organisation which provides job placement services throughout Australia. People with mental health problems are a primary client group of job placement services. This is why improving employment outcomes of people with mental health problems is an important organisational goals. The aim of this research is to provide information and recommendations to Campbell Page to ensure that it is well placed within the industry to provide quality service provision that meets the needs of clients with mental health issues, as well as local employers. The project will produce two documents: a literature review and a set of practice guidelines, both of which will be used to enhance job placement practice and organisational policy within Campbell Page.
