The Aboriginal self-identification project involved data quality analysis. It sought to understand why Aboriginal people identify as Aboriginal when using various government services. The project focused solely on voluntary self-identification when accessing services and comprises three phases: 1) pre-research engagement, 2) data collection and 3) analysis of data gathered in phase two. Data analysis included both content and quantitative analysis. SPRC was contracted to undertake the data analysis in phase three.
