Summary

This is a follow-up study to my master's thesis that adopts a qualitative approach drawing on family language policy and highlighting the complexity of language-related practices in the family domain. It explores the relationships between immigrant parents' beliefs about bilingualism, family literacy practices and their children’s identity development in Sydney.
