3D Neural Tissue Structures, Cognitively Disabled Children, and the Need to Reevaluate Paediatric Research Regulations

I use a novel scientific technology, 3D neural tissue structures, as a lens through which to re-analyse the inclusion of cognitively disabled children in risky or invasive neurological clinical research. I argue it is our obligation to include them in clinical research when it may benefit them and those like them, and that in order to do this, we may need to rework existing regulatory frameworks.
