Some are general to UNSW and others are specific to Arts & Social Sciences programs.

Arts & Social Sciences scholarships

Awards and scholarships for new postgraduate students in the Arts & Social Sciences include:

  • Chris Mumbulla & Supporters Indigenous Award - $3,000 (to encourage Indigenous Australians and Torres Strait Islanders to undertake undergraduate study in the Performing Arts - open to postgraduate coursework students)
  • Tim and Kathryn Hirshman Indonesian Award - $2,500 (to support students to undertake an exchange, short-term internship, research project or field placement in Indonesia in Semester 2, 2015 or Semester 1, 2016)

International students

Russian Global Education Program

The Global Education Program is available to Russian citizens who wish to enrol in a postgraduate coursework program at UNSW in one of five priority study areas, including Education and Management in Social Sciences.

Upon completion of their studies, program participants must return to Russia and obtain employment in accordance with their qualification for three years.
