School and system internal self-review and external quality assurance processes, for the purposes of monitoring and reviewing student learning gain and achievement, are critical. This workshop will look at strategies for becoming a reflective teacher.
There is growing inequality in Australian education. Our individual and collective learning, sharing, agency and voice can improve access to high-quality education for all students, wherever they may go to school. This workshop will generate deep discussion with school leaders about research-based practice in schools and systems. School leaders will have the opportunity to reflect on their school-based practice and leadership and explore possibilities for meaningful change.
