Arts & Social Sciences Requirements for Transfer Between Masters by Research to PhD

UNSW allows Masters by Research candidates to transfer to the PhD program if they meet the PhD entry requirements at the time of request for transfer.

Under exceptional circumstances it is recognised that a topic of a thesis in UNSW Arts & Social Sciences may require submission of all or part of the thesis in another language.

These guidelines are for HDR students and supervisors regarding students publishing during or after candidature, including thesis by publication and co-authorship arrangements.

This information is provided for students and supervisors and outlines the requirements and recommendations prior to and during the undertaking of fieldwork or off campus data collection.
