Our current staff is 376 strong with 275 academic staff and 101 professional staff.


Dedicated faculty human resources team

We continually support and develop an interactive and inclusive work culture and invest in our staff through helping them to develop their careers.

We have a dedicated HR team, where you can receive advice, information and support on all HR staff related matters including:

  • recruitment and selection
  • employment benefits (superannuation, leave entitlements, salary rates etc.)
  • performance development
  • HR policy and industrial matters

Our HR team also coordinate advice from Central Human Resources departments such as Industrial Relations, Organisation and Staff Development Services and the Salaries Team.

Our HR team members are available Monday to Friday for consultations by appointment, and can also be contacted by phone and email.
