Public Relations and Advertising
The UNSW Master of Public Relations and Advertising prepares you for careers in the rapidly evolving fields of public relations, a
dvertising, online media and corporate communication. A strong emphasis on creativity and interactivity underpins theoretical debates and engagement with contemporary international public relations and advertising practice.
The program provides students with:
- in-depth understanding of persuasive, promotional and creative communication skills; ethical professional practices; social innovation; creative execution development and collaborative team work practices
- advanced professional skills in strategic communication planning; media relations; corporate and interpersonal communication and developing advertisements and public relations campaigns.

Program Information
- The Master of Public Relations and Advertising requires eight courses, including five core courses and three electives.
- Students are also able to enrol in a Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Public Relations and Advertising.
Entry Requirements
A recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) with a credit average (65%).
