Quick Link: Un/Subscribe Form (*.htm)
The AAPAE maintains an email service on the listserver at UNSW. It is an email-out service for interested parties. If you would like to receive information from this server(and be able to post information to it), please send an email to the server. You can do this in two ways: - Use the available form. Go to the un/subscribe form (*.htm) and follow the instructions. You can use this form to subscibe to or unsubscribe from the AAPAE's email-list server.
- Do it yourself. When you're ready, launch your email program via the email address majordomo@explode.unsw. edu.au for the listserver. Then follow the relevant instruction:
- To subscribe: Type the address of the list server in the address field, type nothing in the subject field and type the words subscribe aapae-l in the text area where you normally type your letter. Note that it is the lower-case letter "l" and not the number "1" which is required straight after the hyphen.
- To unsubscribe: Type the address of the list server in the address field, type nothing in the subject field and type the words subscribe aapae-l in the text area where you normally type your letter. Note that it is the lower-case letter "l" and not the number "1" which is required straight after the hyphen.
In both cases, the default email address is the one attached to your email service account. However, you can use any email address e.g. another account you have, a friend's or an associate's email address etc. Simply add the email address after the un/subscribe command. E.g. subscribe aapae-l jack@beanstork.com.au.
