Submission
An abstract of 100-200 words in length is required for all presentations. Please note that the due date for submission of abstracts varies:
- Refereed papers, April 21
- presentations and non-refereed paper, May 1
Earlier submission is encouraged, if at all possible. The abstract may be submitted to the conference convenor using one of the following methods:
- Online -- Fill in this online submission form [ *.htm ] and then click on the [Submit] button at the end of the form.
- Email -- Fill in this submission form [ *.doc ], select >>File and then >>Send from the menu to attach it to an email (or do this manually) and then send it.
- Mail or Fax -- Print this submission form [ *.doc or *.pdf ], fill it in and then send it by mail or fax.
It is recommended that you save a copy of the page or file for your own records and just in case your submission goes astray.
Papers for refereeing (including abstract) may be submitted anytime prior to the April 21. We will endeavour to respond within two weeks of receipt of the paper.
Papers may be submitted to the conference organiser using one of the following modes of submission:
- Send a hardycopy or CD copy of your paper by mail.
- Send your paper as a file attachment to email.
- Send by using this online submission form [ *.htm ]. This applies only to a copy of the abstract of your paper!
It is recommended that you save a copy of your submission for your own records and just in case it goes astray.
Prior to, during or after the conference there is the opportunity to make available other optional offerings of the presenter. They may include any of the following:
- Presentation slides/notes
- Handouts
- Web links (with 1-line descriptor)
It is preferable that they be submitted to the conference convenor as a file attachment to email or on a CD.

There will be the opportunity for authors of either refereed or non-refereed papers presented at the AAPAE conference to submit their papers to be considered for inclusion in a special issue of the Australian Journal of Professional & Applied Ethics to be published subsequent to the conference.
